Shipping Policy

‣ Where do you ship to?

Everywhere! Kind of. International shipping is available via my Etsy shop

‣ How will my packages be shipped?

I ship all my packages via USPS!

‣ Shipping Time

Each order is shipped out between 5 to 10 business days upon payment. Within the US: Most items take 2-10 business days to arrive upon postage. Outside the US: Delivery takes anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks upon postage.

‣ Tracking

Tracking is available for all orders within the US and Canada and is shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

‣ Shipping Rates

Flat rate shipping is offered in this shop. Prices have recently increased to accomodate for the USPS rate increases. Rates are as followed:
United States (domestic + limited international): $5.00 USD* Etsy: By weight + location * Heavy items incur a fee of $1 per additional item

‣ Refund/Exchange

No refunds or exchanges are offered after the item(s) have been shipped. Cancellation of the order must be made prior to shipping.

‣ Liabilities

MiaoYuen Shop is not responsible for errors made in the submitted at checkout. Please only use the registered name(s) of the residence the package is delivered to. Do not use a psuedonym! If the item is returned by the postal service (for incorrect addresses, names, etc), the consumer must either: ‣ pay for re-shipment of the item ‣ OR request for a partial refund upon our reception of the returned item (shipping and other fees cannot be refunded)

‣ Shipping mailers

I currently use more eco-friendly mailers which are made with recyclable, post consumer content. These are more expensive than the standard poly bubble mailers, but are more environmentally conscious. This way, you can shop without worrying as much about your carbon footprint and I feel more assured that I am doing my part to keep our earth as healthy as I can on my end. That being said, please recycle the mailers!
